Mourad Hidri

CEO Managing Partner, Chartered Accountant & Statutory Auditor

Mourad Hidri, Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor registered with the Tunisian Order of Chartered Accountants (OECT) and member of the Organisation Mondiale des Experts Internationaux (OMEI), began his career at KPMG leading audits for major corporations and international projects, gaining expertise in financial auditing, risk management, and compliance. With extensive experience in audit, taxation, restructuring, and corporate finance—particularly in banking, financial, and renewable energy sectors—he has also audited international NGOs, public institutions, and donor-funded programs to ensure transparency and accountability. In the maritime transport industry, he contributed to financial system implementation, digital transformation, and cost-sharing strategies between subsidiaries. As a consultant and trainer, he provides courses in IFRS, financial management, and auditing, helping organizations strengthen governance. Actively engaged in professional networks across Africa and the Mediterranean, Mourad promotes ethical leadership, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Faker Chouchane

Partner, Chartered Accountant & Statutory Auditor

Faker Chouchane is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Tunisian Order of Chartered Accountants (OECT). He has extensive experience in accounting, internal and external audit, and financial consulting, with deep expertise across sectors such as banking, financial services, pharmaceuticals, agribusiness, mining, and cement. Having begun his career at Deloitte Tunisia, where he supervised multiple audit and due diligence engagements for local and multinational clients, he later joined ATD SICAR (ATB Group) as Head of Compliance and Internal Control. Faker currently serves as Partner at ITAC, overseeing audit missions and leading professional teams. He is experienced in IFRS reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, and has worked on projects in Tunisia, France, and Sudan.
